Property Construction and Renovation:

Out team has been involved in over 100 new construction and renovation projects over the past three decades. My personal investments include residential properties in the Chicago Metro area, Florida, and other locations. Notable properties include:

  • Siesta Key, FL Properties: I owned and renovated multiple properties in this area, including:

    • 1280 Dolphin Bay Way, Unit 503 (purchased in 1998, sold in 2002)

    • 6310 Midnight Pass Rd. Unit 403N (purchased in 2000, sold in 2004)

    • 507 Casey Key Rd, Nokomis, FL: A $3 million construction project completed in 2007 and sold in 2010.

    • 1840 East Ridgewood Lane Glenview IL 60025

In addition to these personal investments, I have also been involved in property acquisitions and renovations for family trusts and LLCs. This includes significant renovations like the $1.5 million renovation of 404 Caesar Dr, Barrington Hills, IL, multi units such as 1928 west Barry in Lakeview area Chicago and a comprehensive renovation at 777 North Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL, which was completed and sold in 2023.

Commercial and Industrial:

Other real estate ventures include the acquisition and redevelopment of several high-profile properties usually with a partner.

  • 318 West Adams, Chicago, IL: A 19-story office building me and another investor purchased in 2008 for $12 million. I led the renovation efforts, including façade improvements and lobby updates, before selling the property in 2014.

  • 1923 South Halsted, Chicago, IL: A commercial property in the Pilsen area, cleaned up and sold in 2014.

  • 2614 Patriot Boulevard, Glenview, IL: A 2006 purchase, where we built out space for an oral surgeon and later sold it to North Shore Physician Group in 2013.

 Real Estate and Development Expertise

With over 30 years of experience across residential, commercial, and industrial properties, I bring extensive expertise in property acquisition, renovation, development, as well as real estate financing, lending, and workouts. I have been involved as an investor, owner, or developer in more than 1000 real estate transactions totaling close to $500,000,000. While I am not a Billion Dollar real estate salesperson like many our Power Pro Team has just started in the last 12 months. We are focusing on working with high-end buyers and sellers. We bring a unique set of skills to the table for our clients. We have been Luxury Homeowners ourselves and Investors and will share this knowledge with our clients. We understand what your concerns are. Below are highlights of my accomplishments and involvement in significant real estate projects over my career.

Real Estate Transactions and Loan Management:

From 1985 to 2006 I was involved in nearly 20,000 loan transactions, totaling over $6 billion. As both a company owner and loan officer, I managed a broad array of transactions, ranging from personal loans to multi-million-dollar deals. My largest individual transaction reached $11 million, and my largest corporation or LLC transaction amounted to $13 million.
