Showings & Open Houses

This can be a stressful time for sellers as it is important to allow time for buyers and their agents to come and see your home uninterrupted. That is why we will work closely with you and your needs to come up with a showing schedule. With some exceptions, we will also recommend holding an open house as this can maximize the number of potential buyers and visibility of your listing.

Review & Negotiate

As a seller you are going to be shown every offer that comes in. Your agent’s job is to help you understand the offer(s), the terms, and any possible requests made from the buyer. During the prep process your PowerPro agent will have worked with you to determine what matters most to you as the seller. This will include getting the most value out of your home, but may also include things like timing of closing. Knowing what matters to you, we will review each offer and negotiate to help get you the best possible outcome.

Acceptance to Closing

Negotiating and working for you does not stop when the offer is accepted! Through the contract period, we will be monitoring your transaction closely to ensure a smooth transaction. We will help you navigate the inspection period, appraisal contingency, and all aspects of your transaction
