As the founder of Staging Lifestyles LLC, Patricia has collaborated on projects ranging from cozy condos to expansive luxury homes, using her expertise to enhance marketability and maximize value. She personally oversees every detail, from selecting materials to coordinating with contractors and ensuring the finished product exceeds expectations. Whether transforming a property for sale or guiding a homeowner through a renovation, Patricia’s eye for detail and practical approach make her a trusted partner.

Her work with Remax Properties Northwest since 2013 further underscores her dedication to real estate. Specializing in listing and selling homes, Patricia pairs her design skills with a deep understanding of client needs, helping individuals, investors, and non-profits achieve their goals. During her time as Director of Real Estate Sales for NADEA, she managed the sale of over 200 homes across Chicago, often incorporating her staging expertise to optimize outcomes.

Patricia’s background also includes nearly a decade in the diamond industry, where she developed a sharp sense of style and an appreciation for high-value transactions. Her education includes a GIA Institute Certification in Diamonds and coursework at Harper College, which further shaped her understanding of aesthetics and attention to detail.
