1840 Ridgewood Lane, Glenview, IL: Miles purchased the land and home in 1997, demolished the existing house, and in 2001, constructed a $2.5 million new home, completed in 2002. This project was a joint venture with a local builder, and the property was sold in 2017.
507 Casey Key Rd, Nokomis, FL: In 2003, Miles purchased a $1.75 million lot and began a $3 million construction project. The custom-built home was completed in 2007 and sold in 2010. This project Miles and a partner highlighted his ability to handle large-scale residential construction with meticulous attention to detail.
1280 Dolphin Bay Way, Siesta Key, FL: Purchased in 1998, this property was renovated by Miles before being sold in 2002. His ability to enhance the property's value through upgrades was evident in this successful flip.

404 Caesar Dr, Barrington Hills, IL: Purchased in 2016, this property involved extensive renovations, including updating the house and three barn structures, as well as landscaping. The total improvement cost was $1.05 million. The renovations were completed by a trust-owned LLC, which Miles managed.
777 North Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL: This project involved a complete renovation of a Chicago condo, which was later sold in 2023. As the leader of the renovation effort, Miles and his team handled every aspect of the project, from design to execution, ensuring the property’s market readiness.
2627 Chestnut, Glenview, IL: Miles performed a $200,000 rehab on this property in 2004, ensuring it met high standards for quality and design.
Commercial and Industrial Developments:

318 West Adams, Chicago, IL: A 19-story office building purchased in 2008 for $12 million, Miles led the redevelopment effort, which included a new façade, lobby, and window replacements. The building also saw significant interior improvements across floors 16-19. Miles served as the President of the Condo Association from 2008 to 2013, overseeing ongoing management and improvements before the property was sold in 2014.
2614 Patriot Boulevard, Glenview, IL: In 2006, Miles purchased a commercial property and successfully sold part of the space to an oral surgeon in 2007. He then supervised a high-end buildout for the remaining 3,000 square feet, eventually selling the space to the North Shore Physicians Group in 2013.
1923 South Halsted, Chicago, IL: A commercial redevelopment project in the Pilsen area, Miles and his team cleaned up and improved the property before selling it in 2014.
37 South Prospect, RE/MAX Offices: In 2020, Miles and his team led a $150,000 office demo and buildout project to renovate an office space for RE/MAX, improving the functionality and aesthetics of the location.
Redevelopment and Land Development:
Miles and his teams experience with land development and large-scale redevelopment projects further demonstrates his skill in transforming underutilized properties into thriving commercial or residential areas. One of his most notable projects was the acquisition of Old Dixie Square Mall in 2007, where Miles and his team spearheaded the negotiation and secured a redevelopment agreement for 180-210 acres of land. This redevelopment, undertaken through MG Development South LLC, was designed to transform the area into a mixed-use space with potential for residential, commercial, and industrial purposes. Additionally, Miles was deeply involved in the Redevelopment Agreement for 180-210 acres of land for municipal development, despite funding challenges that arose between 2012 and 2014 due to municipal negligence.
General Contracting and Construction Management:
As a licensed Master General Contractor, Miles has been responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of construction projects. This includes overseeing contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with building codes, coordinating schedules, and maintaining budgets. His knowledge of various trades, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and structural issues, allows him to address a wide array of challenges throughout a project’s lifecycle.
